1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, browsing listings or otherwise using this website (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. The nature of our service

The Platform is a venue that connects sellers, buyers and brokers of businesses. We are not a party to any transaction concluded between users, we do not own the businesses advertised, and we do not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Valuation estimates shown on the Platform are indicative calculations only and must not be relied upon as an appraisal.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and listings, and for keeping your credentials secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, misrepresent a business, or attempt to circumvent platform safeguards.

4. Listings, offers and confidentiality

Sellers warrant that they are entitled to sell the advertised business and that listing information is truthful and not misleading. Buyers acknowledge that all information requires independent verification during due diligence. Where access to confidential material is granted under a non-disclosure undertaking, you agree to use that material solely to evaluate the transaction. Offers submitted through the Platform express serious intent but do not by themselves complete a sale; completion terms are agreed between the parties, typically in a definitive purchase agreement.

5. Paid plans and payments

Certain features require a paid plan or one-off payment. Prices are shown before checkout; taxes may be added depending on your billing location. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once the paid period has started or the service has been delivered. We may change plan pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and our aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of it is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for the conduct of other users, for the outcome of any transaction, or for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Changes and contact
