Getting started

Welcome to the help center. Whether you are selling the company you have built or searching for your next acquisition, the guides below walk you through each stage of the process. For anything not covered here, the FAQ page answers common questions and the contact form reaches our support team directly.

For sellers

  • Create your listing: the guided builder collects your story, financials, photos and documents step by step. You can save a draft at any point and submit it for review when ready.
  • Choose a confidentiality mode: public listings show everything; confidential listings hide your identity until you approve an NDA; brokered listings route all contact through your brokerage.
  • Respond quickly: listings whose owners answer within a day receive dramatically more offers. Enquiries, access requests and offers all arrive in your dashboard and by email.

For buyers

  • Search and save: filter by industry, location, price, cash flow and more, then save the search to be alerted when matching businesses are listed.
  • Request access: for confidential sales, sign the digital NDA to unlock identity and documents. For brokered listings, complete the short qualification form so the broker can respond meaningfully.
  • Make an offer: submit an amount, financing type and conditions. Negotiation happens in a single timeline with counters, messages and documents kept together.

Closing safely

Once an offer is accepted, the deal room guides both parties through the remaining steps. We support escrow-backed closings in which the buyer funds a neutral account, inspection periods are honoured, and money is only released when the agreed conditions are met. Always complete due diligence with your own accountant and lawyer — no marketplace can replace professional advice on a specific transaction.

Account and billing

Plans, invoices and payment methods live under Account → Billing. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting your account removes your personal profile while preserving the transaction records the law requires us to keep.
